Dr. Angela Clifton, MD
Dr. Clifton is a native of the town of Altoona. She is a graduate of West End High School. She completed her undergraduate studies at Auburn University as well as the University of Alabama. She earned her MD at the University of Alabama Birmingham. She completed her residency at East Jefferson Family Practice Residency Program in Metairie, LA.
Dr. Clifton, as a Board-certified Family Practice Physician, is uniquely qualified to diagnose and treat the health problems of patients of all ages.
Along with her office practice, Dr. Clifton is currently the Medical Director of five long-term care facilities and one hospice.
Dr. Clifton is married to Kyle McCann and the proud mother of three children. She loves travel, football and Disney.

Jeffrey Harris, CRNP
Jeffery Harris was born and raised in Boaz. He graduated from Boaz High School. He completed his RN at Snead State Community College and then earned a degree in advanced nursing practice from South University of Montgomery.
In addition to working in the office he also works closely with Dr. Clifton in long-term facilities. He is passionate about the care and love provided for aging Alabamians and has worked with the long-term care industry for close 30 years.
Jeff practices passionately to provide knowledgeable, love and compassionate care for his patients. He treats every patient as though they were his closest family members and wants them to feel confident and heard as a participating partner in their health and well-being.
Jeff is the proud father of Elijah Harris.
Amye Groves, CRNP
Amye is a native of the town of Altoona. She is a graduate of West End High School. She is a graduate of University of Alabama Birmingham and has practiced as a nurse practitioner in this area for several years.
Amye is the proud mother of four children: Slader, Blaine, Mackenzie, and Noah. She attends Connect Church.
Amye is mission minded, faith based, and has a philosophy to treat her patients as a whole person physically, mentally, and spiritually. She wants her patients to be treated as if they are her own family.
Amye loves to golf, going to the beach, her dogs and Alabama football. She is a certified scuba diver and has her pilots license.
Brandy Miller, CRNP
Brandy Miller graduated from University of South Alabama in 2003 with her bachelor’s degree Science in Nursing. Upon graduation, she entered the nursing workforce as an ICU nurse.
Since then, she has covered a wide variety of levels in nursing, including home health, travel nursing, neurological, and all areas of small and large hospitals as a float pool nurse.
She returned to her Alma Mater and graduated with the adult/gerontological acute care nurse practitioner in 2016, Brandy gained her experience in geriatric-psychiatric setting as a nurse practitioner and has since been caring for clients in long-term care and rehab settings
